Conference Airfare Reimbursement (Financial Members Only)

The User Forum will reimburse the actual cost of air-fares for two delegates. Based on advance purchase economy class return air-fares to Queenstown to a maximum, per delegate, of:

- AU$1000.00 from any Australian member site location

- AU$500.00 from any New Zealand member site location


Please remember to book early as these fares sell quickly. Reimbursement forms will be available at the conference and must be submitted prior to 31st December 2010.

High Level Agenda:

  • Monday 20th September 2010 - a welcome BBQ at the Millennium Hotel from 5.30pm.
  • Tuesday 21st September 2010 - registration from 8.00 am with the first session commencing at 9:00am and closing with the Conference Dinner at the Walter Peak High country Farm
  • Wednesday 22nd September 2010 - conference splits into streams with AGM in the late morning.
  • Thursday 23rd September 2010 – Infor product updates with conference concluding at 1.00pm followed by a light lunch.
