PLEASE NOTE that payment must be received before the Conference.
Should you be unable to attend the conference a substitute will be welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, registration fees will be refunded less AU$100.00 administration charge per delegate, provided notice of cancellation is received in writing by 20th August 2010. No refunds will be given on cancellations received after this date.
Delegates will be responsible for any fees or charges associated with the cancellation of travel or accommodation.

Conference Airfare Reimbursement (Financial Members Only)
The User Forum will reimburse the actual cost of air-fares
for two delegates. Based
on advance purchase economy
class return air-fares to Queenstown to a
maximum, per delegate, of:
- AU$1000.00 from any Australian member site location
- AU$500.00 from any New Zealand member site location
Please remember to book early as these fares sell quickly. Reimbursement forms
will be available at the conference and must be submitted prior to 31st December
2010.
